Students from Sunshine Harvester Primary School getting involved in drawing the library!!!

Children from Sunshine Harvester Primary School  joining  the ‘drawing the library’ Project.

Three classes of grade 2 students will attend the library on Wednesday the 12^th of August and draw with the artist Debbie Harman Qadri to document the Sunshine  library in its current place in McCracken St. The children will use recycled papers in the library, combined with observational drawing and text to make artworks which will be displayed on the library walls.

The children’s work will also be reproduced in a special one off book about the project. The book launch will be 12 – 1pm Saturday 12^th of September as part of the Brimbank writers and Readers festival.
